Would you prefer Irresponsible Tyranny? That's really the choice...isn't it? Notice that I'm not promoting the U.S...especially in light of the past few decades. This is not a U.S. Uber Alles proposal. This is a U.N. based on the U.S. Constitution...and applied to the Solar System...proposal. I'm just doing an experiment...with a pseudo-scientific method. I may be mad...but I do have a method.
