So he could kill two birds with one stone by creating jobs IN "National Security"? Like, oh I dunno, introducing the draft? Swelling the ranks of domestic enforcement agencies? Creating new enforcement agencies?

He could inspire the young with Obama Youth! Give them a smart uniform, a sense of common purpose, discipline... who can imagine where that could lead?
