Default How to measure Human Body Vibration?

Hello All,

I am hoping that someone can assist me with the question in the Subject line.

I have read and heard a variety of information in relation to our bodies "vibration", but I do not understand how do you measure to know what level you are vibrating on.

I came of across the information below in a book that I read which measures the body in Megahertz, but it does not indicate how to determine at what number of mhz you are vibrating. Maybe this will help with finding the answer.
Thanks in advance.

"Normal vibratory of the human body is 62 MHZ., the brain functions optimally between 72 and 90 Mhz. When the body lowers to 58 Mhz it can catch a cold, 57 Mhz the flu, 55 Mhz candida, 52 Mhz Epstein, 42 Mhz cancer and at 25 Mhz death begins".
