Okay, not sure I quite follow.
But let me tell you what happened.
My former boss was one of the team that had PS over me. (protective surveylance)
He left his position, transfered out I think.
I was very anxious. And during the meeting at work, I was thinking and worrying about why he would leave, and who would protect me. There also became an issue that the military was trying to get dominance in there also. So anyway, I was very worried.
That's when I heard him tell me. "He wasn't leadership material."
And then I was thinking and worried, about who would protect me if he's gone. etc..
and he said, "how can he protect you if he can't take care of himself?"
So I suspect this person in contact with me this way, was actually someone who had PS of me also. A friendly.

interests at hand? Agenda's?
Yeah, I think they have agenda's too. I just don't always know what those are, until it's done and over.

I'm not sure what you mean by compartmentalize.
