The russians banned the microwave in 1976. They can cause cancer toxins in your food. If you cook a fresh carrot in a microwave it will take any goodness out the carrot imagine what it does with process food

so what am i supposed to do with my leftover spinach?

Wow! I was ignorant to these facts. Im glad I dont use my microwave much as is but now Im just going to throw it out.

Get yourself a small toaster oven. I have one and its great for reheating leftovers or cooking smaller items and you don't have to waste a bunch of power heating the big oven.

Some of the cell phones work in the same microwave frequency (2 ghz). I limit my use, but get an instant pain in my head when I use it.

Thanks for the info.i`ll stop using my microwave as of today,i have until today eaten just about everyday microwaved food,no wonder i have a bad memory and keep loosing my hair. Well we`ll see if it makes any changes in my physical apperence
