Yup, every universe has it's own DNA pattern, which makes impossible for low frequency beings to transfer from one to another, unless they have some technology to do it.
Why are they here ? Basicly to clean up big mess we got here, get rid of Draconians and their influence in this galaxy in this timeline. In order to do that, people need to wake up and realize who they actually are, where are they from and what they wonna become. |
