State Banks starts emerge ?

Hello dear souls,

Our voyage to better humanity contains differend stages, is a state bank one? North Dakota has its own and now Bill Bradbury from Oregon advocate
one. Remember also Farid Khavari in Florida.

I think its good idea, any community could easily make their own bank.
And...they dont have a problem were to get the capital that is required to start one...

Works well and benefit goes were it belongs.. to people..
