I wouldn't worry much about it. They are surrounded by metal. At my knowledge, EMP never caused car electronics to fry, even in 2000 in Quebec.
There are many factors in play. The type of technology used, the metal quality of the car. The place where the DC components are located and most importantly, the magnitude of the EMP. If you have a garage and the top is in metal, better again.
