Has anyone else expirienced this since the rise in quakes

i have also been having extremely vivid dreams for the last week, nothing psychic tho, i have also been waking up at 5 in the morning for some reason every day... i just like jolt awake and then dont know what to do with myself cus i cant get back to sleep

I've been waking up 5 am in the morning all week too!

I have been waking up at a set point as well not 5 am but different hour I will

wake up lay there for 10 or 15 mins and then go back to sleep same time every

night.

The doctors would say that these are classical symptoms of insomnia...

I think we are experiencing the first little ripples as the wave in change and evolution

prepares to hit us. This is the feeling I have been getting, not sure how accurate

it is, but these physic dreams I have been having are preparing me to

deal with these abilities we will be manifesting as everything shifts. I know

Sunday, when I was having random people and places popping up every time

I closed my eyes I started panicking. I think these dreams are preparing

me to help cope with these new abilities, thats the only logical explanation

that comes to mind.

very well could be, anything is possible. although my intuition says it is
not insomnia. my feeling is that I am being prompted to pay attention to
something and seeing as this "wake up" is occurring right as I'm having a
vivid dream, it makes me believe I am to pay much attention to these dreams.

I have had precognitive dreams my whole life, these dreams are very
different from the other dreams I have and I am able to differentiate them by
how vivid and real they are.

I usually don't have them daily, more like one or twice a month.
so is it just coincidence that I've had one every night?

After reading Joe's first post, it occurred to me that maybe my dream from saturday night might be connected to quakes as well.

Dream goes like this:
it's as if I was traveling doubedecker bus with my dad somewhere on a mountain peak, like sightseeing bus, it was dark and there was this huge spherical object, looked like full moon, but it wasn't; I thought to myself at the time it was some kind of craft.
It was circulating around us in the night sky, always near.
What was strange is that it looked as if it was glancing through time and space, it had a special efect to it, ripping through the clouds, making them invisible at point where the sphere was, it's hard to describe what I saw, hope you get the picture.

Than it came to me I had a bag full of object like the one above us (6-8),
but smaller, in 2 sizes (smaller like grapefriut), they were realy cool. All of a sudden one of them started to crack on the surface, like earthquake faults. The color it had was white with light blue strips (like zebra).

Wonder if this light blue one signified earth?
If it did the cracks were big :-(

Maybe they were trying to tell you be ready things are gonna change.

I think as Gaia begins to rise in vibration there will be more changes and what

we have seen in the last week was just a ripple with more to come later on.

As for free will all of this was designed in our evolutionary process. Be

I don't know about many of you but I did feel an energetic change on Dec 31, 2009. For me it felt like, and I told my husband, we are going into the fringe and that 2010 was going to be interesting, different.

Anyways getting back to the post I've experienced strong lucid/vivid dreaming (or OBE) since Jan 8 2010.

Jan 12 2010 I woke up with a migraine headache (which I usually don't suffer of) and butterflies in my stomach feeling only it was in my chest cavity during that whole day. The migraine went away but I still have the fluttering feeling in my chest (not as strong as that day and it comes and goes).

Jan 14 2010 I had a vivid dream seismic activity in the Puerto Rico Trench which caused a surge of 5 different tsunami waves hitting the N coast of Puerto Rico and neighboring islands... but the survivors (myself included) saw a peculiar pyramid that emerged in the ocean floor all covered with aztec/mayan pictography. Then ships warping in from the top of the pyramid. "Atlanteans" (that's what came to my mind). I did tell a survivor that this was a direct chain of events that started with the Haiti earthquake.

Jan 17 2010 in my dreams I went to a place that that a huge mayan pyramid in the background and two gigantic flames in front of it. One to each side of the pyramid. Many beings (looked human enough) were discussing about having to reach a consensus about a situation. I couldn't make out what it was though...

Jan 19 2010 I saw the pine cone crop circle in front of my eyes. I woke up and the image was still in front of my eyes but the recesses of the crop circle started changing in to eye shapes then the whole thing started spiraling and crashing into me.

Hmmmm...I was reluctant to comment, but I've been having and remembering more of my dreams as well. I seldomly remember dreams, maybe two per year, for 10 yrs now.

I believe it was Sunday night, I dreamed what I assummed was in a downtown area in my car and someone was with me, but I never saw there face. The car didn't seem like mine either. At any rate, I noticed an avalanche of water towering between and over buildings in the distance, on the opposite side of a river. Due to their being one next to one of the main cities here in Ohio, I assummed it was a warning for me not to be downtown, but I never go dowtown.
Moving on, no one else walking or driving seemed to have noticed but me, and I recall driving to different areas looking to see where there was not water coming to escape. Then I recall a particular direction where I was standing and looking up at two construction workers sitting on top of a incomplete bridge, I couldn't see any water, mainly due to the high platform they were sitting on. I then asked them if they saw any water on the other side, I don't remember their response, but I do recall them somehow standing next to me. The person that was with me in my car, somehow was no longer there.

I've had a few dreams that I'm remembering now, but will wait for the right threads to surface before sharing.
Last night I had another odd dream. I won't go into the details because it was not earth change related, but a few people in my life from growing up to now were all in different roles. Same familiar locations I've frequented, but the people from wife, friends to relatives were all different, but I was the same. As if I was seeing or experiencing an alternate existence of my life. Crazy huh?

I've been having very vivid dreams to the point I can't sleep. I hear voices but cannot make sense of what is being said.

Yes I have been having a lot of dreams lately were my spirit just literally

vibrates out of my body. It is pretty cool and last night I was meditating really

hard sending out as much positive energy as I could and when It came back,

I basically felt my soul vibrating at a higher lever then my body it was really cool.

Also something that seems connected to that ''feeling":

A friend who has always claimed to see and interact with "ghosts" recently called me because she was hearing conversations from somethings that didn't seem like spirits of the dead, but rather living humans in a different "realm" as she put it. (A male and female in regular daily conversations.) It went away after about a week, and a few days later her neighbour across the road was hearing the same thing, and after they spoke together, they came to the conclusion they were actually hearing the same two voices, talk about the same, sort of things.

The second called me as well as she was in her kitchen "listening" to 'them" when the female voice said: "Where did this sugar bowl come from".. Just after the male said, "I don't know, strange" her sugar bowl moved across her counter as if pushed out of the way.

Very strange indeed.

For some reason i find this story from them very much connected to this "phasing" feeling I keep getting. At times my vision shifts along with it and it can be quite distracting.

Besides the vivid dreams which have started one or two month ago for me , I have also been experiencing a strange boost of senses . And not only the 5 usual ones. more and more often I hear a whispering voice when I meditate which calms me down greatly and offers me a wonderful ambiance. Besides that , spontaneous auric vision has been boosted considerably, at the point where I sometimes even mistake aura colours with simple physical ones .

Ihave the same, it's hard to explain. I close my eyes and fall in a kind of sleep, it's like someone is reaching out to me. Trying to make something clear but i can't get the images and can't hear what is being said. Everytime I wake up and can't fall in sleep. I just know someone is in my bedroom but can't see it. Two nights ago this feeling was really strong, even my dog(he sleeps in my bedroom) started to bark. It's frustrated because I have the feeling it's important.

From my side of things, changes in the outer vibration of the planet stepped up by 2/3 of its normal size. This was a sudden change. The Ley lines which were of a 12 yards width became a 20 yrd width. The current has been very strong. The largest of pulse came 5 days before the Haiti quake. The flow is still very strong and is set to remain so for sometime till the next step up.

orignally the female line would vibrate between the heart and the throat chakra. It is now above the crown working on the 8th chakra, which is the conscious levels. There are 16 levels, with the average person being at 12. The more awake you are and in contact within and out, the higher the complexcity of the labyrinthe of the 8th chakra. The change is here and coming through loud and clear.

I get the data from dowsing the leylines round here. We have a group of us and have noticed the changes.

I even had a fellow dowser, that I have only met 8 yrs ago. He has been dowsing for over 40 years. He is very good. But he left me a message asking me to confirm that the lines have grown and new lines coming up in places that were previously not there.

I would like to say that the sleeping thing is a major change. I have had a real increase in clients coming to me for healing for this. Yes it is true, there is the finish upload or starting up load serge. The move from automatic upload is changing to the personally involvement, where we should be doing it consciously, awake.

Joe can youdowse? its not that dificult, the more info we can gather the better. Fom over the world. We are working on the wave effect, where the wave of energy moves along the lines, an where it increases.
So call to all dowsers. Get on the case.

Hey nope never done it personally, but I have heard of it before and it sounds

interesting, send me a link through pm on how to do it and I will check it out.

I think these lines have a connection to what has been going on in the last

few weeks, so I am gonna see if I can hunt some more info on the web about

I have also had some vivid dreams lately , I dreamed I was with my grandfather and could see him smiling and laughing clear as a bell when he was younger, I called my mother and she confirmed a few things for me, I never met either one of my grandfathers as they both died before i was born. that was the very first time I had ever had a dream about him in 47 years.

Also in the last 2-3 months I have been waking up at 3:33 a.m. Can someone help me out on this ???? What does that mean?

I also have noticed in the last few weeks it seems like a dimension is changing and the nightimes stars are appearing closer to us here on earth??

Can you guys give me some feedback on whats happening with me. Thanks as always, you guys are the bestest here on this place.
