DNA Upgrade, no, Degraded. Wait, upgraded ... what?!

Why will we have junk DNA then? nature conserves energy and it is not natural to keep things that does not work, yet the junk DNA is present for thousand of years...

If we only had 2.5 strand of DNA we will act like animals, of course you can say that they are more reasonable than us but...

Also ruins from 17,000 years ago have been found in Bolivia, no one can figure out how they did it because the technology we have today can not cut stone like granite or diorite in the same way...

Nor any one of the cleverest scientist can figure out how they really did the pyramids and more importantly why?

Why the Nazca lines and the ruins in Peru?
