My family pisses me off and makes me angry sometimes. I always love them. In fact, when they make me mad I go to them and say "I'm angry with you and here's why...."
They know I LOVE them - so it's OK. In fact, it tends to resolve a lot of situations when we don't take the anger personally. It's natural I think. I think the trick is to not take it personally. Then, there aren't any hurt feelings about it. It's like MAGIC
