Ok this is a little gross but I go on the view "better out than in" so I'd thought I'd share with you what has so far come out of my liver and gallbladder using Andreas Moritz's Liver flush method... In the hope it gets people to investigate further

Flush number 1's picture is currently on my phone and I don't seem to be able to get the picture off... It is more impressive than 2 and 3 but not 4!!!!

But Flush numbers 2 to 4 are on my camera so here goes...

Ok last night and this morning I did flush number 4 and to be honest I was rather disappointed after 4th load of salts as nothing seemed to be coming out of me!!! (Strange as that would mean I was empty... So I should have been happy!) but then it all started to flow out of me literally... I decided against the fish out method of before as it was a pain in the A... so I decided to photo in the sieve so you have a number of pics for flush 4. For scale the sieve is 150mm or 6 inches at the plastic rim.

I thought this was it... as I seem to then just pass liquid again... Until this final little lot came out...

I know, I know... gross pictures but I'm hoping it will shock some of you to look into this... as I feel great!!! not that I felt bad before but getting these out is like an emotional release as we are said to store our emotions in our livers... well I did try and have a good old emotional clear out last night forgiving whatever, whoever I could think of from my distant past... well today it seems to have paid off so to speak.

Well I intend to do the next one in 3-4 weeks time and will keep you all posted on how the sputnik zapper goes when it arrives... as it does say it is ideal to do after a liver flush or cleanse

It was a special cheap Asda sieve for 79p specially for the occasion.

I did actually speak too soon as I had a 5th load come out... and there seems to be small things with tails in there... they may be parasites... having issues with photobucket at the moment.

There is NO McDonalds there (well maybe in the toxins within green stones from a few years ago!). I've not eaten McDonalds for over 2 years or anything like that... This is not food in this sieve as part of the cleanse requires you to be "empty" to allow the stones to drop out without blockage... it is only the contents of colon plaque, or internal organs which have rejected toxins or parasites... Or Cold pressed olive oil or freshly squeezed grapefruit I did not eat any white rubbery little critters

I feel much better and am in the process of getting the herbs required for the kidney flush

1oz comfrey root
2oz fennel seeds
2oz chickory herb
2oz Uva Ursi
2oz Hydrangea root

After going to the chinese herb place today and 2 of the herbs on the list being banned from export from China I asked the chinese herb doctor what he'd recommend...

7 large bags of herbs/bark and root later... and £30 lighter in the pocket I'm now on a kidney cleanse...

Over the past several months, I have performed a Colon cleanse, Liver/GB cleanse, and Parasite cleanse. I am gearing up for my 2nd Liver/GB cleanse soon. I passed quite a few stones the first time. Given the abuse I have subjected my liver to over the years, I am sure it is really overdue for this!

My personal guidance has been directing me to concentrate on improving my health as much as possible. I think now, and especially in the near future, it is going to be near top of the list of most important assets!

Great to see that others are getting this guidance as well.

Just reading the thread on x-men and someone posted this on liver cleansing...

Cleansing the liver bile ducts is the most powerful procedure you can undertake in order to improve your body's health. A liver cleanse ( http://breathing.com/articles/liver-cleanse.htm) should be done twice a year if possible. Ideally, it should be part of a semi-annual liver/parasite cleanse the sequence of which enhances the overall results.

Just thought I'd post it here as it all points to the same thing...

My Sister in law has lost 1 stone (~7kg) since she started doing the flush, looks a lot better AND is more relaxed. This is great. She did her second flush this weekend and produced over 180 stones.

Meeting girls... I have already a lovely Russian girl, thanks Metaphor but I think the fact you look a lot better after, then flushes may actually help meet girls if that was an intent (but don't mention it on the first date)... I think younger and healther looking people are generally more attractive physically... which helps

I'm on week two of my herbal teas from my Chinese herbalist... then week 3 of herbs and I'll be on flush number 5... So I will keep you all posted with more thread info... I'm looking forward to seeing what will come out next!!!

Just finished my first flush yesterday. Boy that chicken on the grill sure did taste good last nite!

I noted some small stones, one like the green peas in the above photos, which I plan to not look at any longer.

While only a few stones passed, a whole lot of other stuff is now gone, for better or worse. Will try again in three weeks. Lost a couple of pounds also.

PS. Epsom Salts are vile.

There is a section on page 125 from chapter 4 of the book on this... removing the gall bladder is a major digestive compromise as the GB stores extra bile and injects it into the bowel when needed... so without one he recommends bile suppliment and STILL flushing the liver (with it blocked it produces less bile)... I wouild recommend his book and read it fully through to fully understand it... it sounds like your liver is full of the 'stones' which are fat balls effectively from what I gather from reading the book...

Someone without a GB really needs to know what the 'butchers' have done and understand how they can get their body back on track... If you're still eating exactly as you were that caused the GB issue in the first place then it is likely to still be blocking... I'd watch the links and read the book.

This of course is my opinion etc etc and I'm not a doctor... but then most doctors won't know this procedure as it won't be trained...

Well I'm now on my fourth week of my herbal kidney cleanse and I'm currently drinking apple juice getting ready for flush number 5 I just thought I'd prepare you all for the shock of the next photoshoot

I currently now know 10+ people personally who are doing this flush and producing similar results... plus numerous people from avalon who have e-mailed me for details...

A quick update

Today is flush 6 and another batch have just come out and these are the largest ones I have so far produced... unfortunately OR fortunately (for you guys) I'm having digital camera issues currently... one was 40mm+ better out than in I say... I have captured some photos on a cameraphone but the optical quality won't be up to scratch sorry Photos may follow...
