UFO boy was a diversion and data corruption scheme. The video of the UFO in Moscow was gaining to much attention. Any time people looked up UFO on the internet it showed up, and it still does. However, now the first thing that pops up is the bull **** story about a boy that was trapped in his fathers home made UFO balloon.
