Flushing the Liver of the toxic stones within...

I followed John's threads and bought the book and did my first flush this last weekend. Saw a few small stones but nothing major, i gather this is normal on the first flush...
I also bought an enema kit and did one for the first time...

one thing amazed me and still does, is my Skin - its so soft, never had skin like this before, toned? Im not even sure how to describe it..like oiled skin but not oily in texture, just amazingly soft lol...

I will try another flush again..i didnt handle the apple juice so easily, i gained a few pounds of weight from all the sugar, i dont normally eat much sugar, but must have lost some weight from the enema as my fat increased and my overall weight decreased. I am wondering if I need the apple juice?

Also in a pm John told me he was doing weekly flushes where the bok recommends monthly ones...
