I looked on that website too Iain and couldn't find mention of the story either, which is strange for such a big story. I've got the paper here in front of me. I'll try to scan and post ASAP. The article goes on to say-

Okay, thats sorted then! I'll sleep easy tonight. A copy of the president's helicopter, not a real one, and nothing to do with world leaders coming into the area, a huge scientific NSA program in Cornwall and the end of the world!!
