Photo taken of my brother and Kate Casbolt at Disneyland in Los Angeles in October of 1978. I was rescued from the Cognitive Conditioning facility in Canada by the Working Group around this time my brother was in America. The Cog-Con facility was probably located in the Rocky Mountians. Confirmation will come soon.
