Fair usage on websites is often abused.... yikes...don't want to get into an academic debate...but... unfortunately, most people do what they want,and think they are correct in doing it... since the web is such a large and vast place to play. Karen is talking about one thing...keeping the forum easy to read...and you are talking about another issue...information sharing... if I read this correctly....
