A Proposal

As has been mentioned earlier, I have made a proposition to this forum. It still stands.

The purpose of the community is as follows:

To offer an alternative community for the spiritual and social evolution of humanity.

Before, I said that all of this NWO and global cataclysm is complete speculation. Neither you nor I knows one hundred percent whether this will happen or not. It is a guess, plain and simple; it either happens or it doesn’t. If something really bad happens, then we have somewhere to go and live and continue humanity, not just merely survive. If nothing happens, then great, we can carry on with an alternative with our social and spiritual evolution.

I am offering a completely self-sufficient, sustainable, and off-grid community that does not require one to “buy into” it, but one in which everything is paid for off the bat. The land is owned by a trust, of which, the residents of said property are the beneficiaries. Yes, work by all parties involved is required, whether it be picking zucchini, making cheese, wrangling cattle, teaching children or adults, running cable, or what have you. Everything within the community is free; I cannot say the same about what is outside of it. You may leave at any time. Funds will be provided to you and this has been outlined before in a preamble that is available upon request. All food is made and processed to organic standards on site including grains, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and dairy. The community has recreational and learning opportunities to promote an evolution within the society itself. This is some basic information; there is much more, though.

The basic premises for the community are as follows:

1. Each individual is responsible for his or her own happiness.
2. Each individual recognizes that everyone has personal preferences which may not always be in alignment with their own.
3. Each individual recognizes that each individual is eternal in one form or another.
4. Each individual wishes to create a society that is better than what is currently in use by engaging others with the same goal.
5. Each individual wishes for the community to be self-sufficient as a whole thereby working towards its betterment.
6. Each individual wishes the community be continuous and not for just mere survival.
7. Each individual wishes to remove the need for a system of exchange within the community.
8. Each individual agrees to not resort to violence.
9. Each individual agrees upon an arrangement for the resolution of disagreements.

You can assume, interpret, extrapolate, and take out of context all you want. You can poke holes in my theory, but remember that I could do the same to yours if you had one. No system will stand up to philosophical scrutiny, whatsoever. I, however, am putting something out there.
I will be more than happy to entertain all genuinely legitimate and valid inquiries about joining the community, but I will not debate for debating’s sake. If you would like help or advice about your community, I would also be willing to assist.

If you would like to speak with me over the phone or on Skype or inquire over email, I will be more than willing to accommodate you. I will not be responding to this on the forum.

I have closed this thread by the authors request. Additionally it will be stickied for while.

It might not look fair to some of you, but building communities is what Avalon is all about. PM me or the other moderators if you have any serious issues with this action.

Owing to the recent past experience here TtC does not want to enter into debate on this forum.
