I just finished off the rest of a pint of blueberries. LOVE 'EM! Wish my dad still grew them.
Also love raw chocolate but I end not to eat too much of that. I enjoy cinnamon as well. Black tea lowers cholesterol? Which type? I wouldn't mind taking up a habit of a cup of tea a day. |

it looks like I love the healthiest foods and I eat them on a regular basis
. I always look at the cocoa content in chocolate and I like dark chocolate in general and dark chocolate contains more cocoa powder. Now is the season for various types of berries. right now I eat a pound of fresh strawberries a day, later it will be blueberries and bilberries. The latter is my favourite seasonal summer fruit. I use honey as a sweetener. however I didn't know about those properties of buckwheat honey. In Poland this type of honey is easily available ( as well as other types too). each type of honey has its own unique beneficial properties. if you have mouths sores just put some honey ( and try not to eat it for some time) and it will cure them. It works, I tried it myself.A tip for women: use it as a lip mask, it makes lips soft.. ![]() I have heard about pineapples... haven't heard about the cinnamon until now...I love coffee with spices....I love black tea too. In Poland people drink black tea every day ( me at least 3 glasses a day). |

I was just wondering if anyone eats pumpkin?, other than in a pumpkin pie? What do you do with pumpkin if not in a pie? I know you can roast the seeds and salt'em and eat'em!

pumpkin is very nice baked, like any other squash. a little butter and salt and pepper and it's a great veggie dish!

Didn't see the ACAI berries from South America in that list?
Pomegranates should be there too! Cheers |
