Im not interested in taking it ever again. But will recommend the capsule idea to friends.

If ya don't take so much, diarrhea doesn't happen, one way to prevent that is to eat fist wait 20 min then dose, I don't care what anybody says, It still works after eating. The capsule does seem to hit differently, I seemed to have more energy, there wasn't even burps and no mud butt. But more testing is to be done with higher doses.

I totally followed all the instructions and was very conservative in my dosage, and only increased by 1 drop every second day.

I used it for about 6 weeks. After stopping for a week I started again on a tiny amount and was too unstable 'down there' to leave the house. Thats when I gave up on it altogether... not interested.

If I start dying of some virus or cancer I may reconsider.

You may have been making a mistake. I'm pretty sure that you are supposed to stop increasing the dose if you go runny, or feel nauseous.

I was "stuck" on 6 drops morning 6drops evening for over a month before I could increase that by one drop. Now I am stuck at 8, but I dont have any bowel emergencies to report.

At first, my MMS experience was a bathroom nightmare - I rushed it - so I do know what you mean.

I have never been able to take more than 12 drops.

To help with the taste we are using freshly squeezed apple juice instead of water in the final mix (after the 3 mins).
