this is another piece of nonsense. outcome based learning is the first positive change to education in many years. it actually focuses on the students learning, allowing different methods to be used for different students with varying learning styles. not all students learn in the same way, when focusing on the desired outcomes, rather than the process to acheive it has made learning more accessible to more students.
