I've seen dark shadow and knew it was my nanna, right height and shape, she rushed from upstairs to hear my dad laugh it does take alot of energy for them to come to this plane though.

I've also felt them touch me, doesn't scare me at all. You usually find if there is a oppressive energy (someone who doesn't want to go to the spirit world) there is usually a pure light being around, most cases children, to balance the energy and to protect.

I've seen literally my cat before she went off to the spirit world. I see orbs all the time, sometimes they are from people here or over there. I trust the knowing inside as to who it is

This used to freak me out as a kid, my sister was always seeing things, she's the medium of the family.
Had so many experiences in this field but have now moved on.
Yes orbs can be seen all the time, great story about your grandmother.
I think as we all move into this new age of discovering ourselves much more will be seen, those from the astral will be making themselves more visible to us.
Things will become so chaotic i feel the humans here will go slightly mad over it all.
