Was GHW Bush Qualified to be US President?

This article posted in the Dove Report, with supporting evidence, seems to suggest otherwise. Not that an issue of this nature matters anymore, but it sure raises some question about what is known or not about the "Illumanati" and the role the Bush family played in the economic, political and social domination of the world family..

Even my goldfish knows that bush wasnt qualified to be president, why bother asking such a thing. And why another political thread on this forum?

Dunno?, but seems to me will the US Congress initiate GWB-investigation after he's out of office?
And two, will Obama once sworn-in as US Pres, pardon GWB for actions Congress found to be outside the law? (of course the above includes Cheney).

Sorry about the location of this thread, but I did not find a relevant Political head, so I thought it was OK to post here..In any event, I was referring to George Herbert Walker Bsush, the 41st President.. Check the photograph in the link..

I don't see much resemblance between GHW Bush and GH Scherff Jr.

It seems too far fetched.
