Is Palin the incarnation of Hitler?

I know it's a rather controversial title but a few things that happened the last weeks came to rise this question inside and I though it could be a good idea to bring it up here to see if "I'm the only one?". I did a search in the forum pairing Palin and Hitler, which didn't really match but resulted in 1 instance that connected Hitler with Hillary. Never mind, here is make take on the subject:

Some week ago I was confronted with this photo heading an article online and immediately as the very first "word" that popped up inside was Hitler. I'm not sure when and where it's taken but it ought t be one of her very first public speeches as VP candidate. Anyhow, I mentioned this to my mate and then it faded away in my mind until a few days ago...

A friend of my mate was visiting our town and she went out to see her over a coffee. When back she told me this, somehow they came to talk about the US presidency election (note, this is Europe) and the friend (a female doctor) suddenly said "that Palin, she somehow reminds me of Hitler" and it wasn't until after my mate told the fiend I had said the same.

Then yesterday I found out there is a rumor that Palin as Mayor tried to have list of books banned from the library in Wassilla. Following up on it I found though that this is really a rumor but still actually more of a "salted" version of what really took place. This URL covers it pretty well and even if the rumor as such isn't true it's rather scary I would say.

I am not an expert on Hitler, nor American politics but the notions I got kinda "urged" me to bring it up to find out more about it. As far as I can see it there are several similarities to when Hitler came to power and almost got away with it.

And please, don't hijack and make this treed into something else then relating to what the title ask. I know this is a sensitive and controversial topic, but I am interested in anyone else see any correlations here and what it might be and the whole point is about understanding what's really going on and what shapes it may take.
