Note>what you are about to see has been posted on this forum before some time ago, but I was sharing this with my friend Giovonni~ and we both thought it would be worth revisiting.
If you might wonder what a transformational experience might be like from the inside of your brain and body, the following story might give you some insight. Jill Bolte Taylor got a research opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: She had a massive stroke, and watched as her brain functions > motion, speech, self-awareness // shut down one by one. This is an astonishing story where a real brain research scientist (who had the presence of mind and the insights) to study her own stroke as it happened! Jill Bolte Taylor "Stroke of Insight"/video. |

Fantastic. That's one the best video I've seen in a long time. It fits perfectly with my experience I was trying to describe there:
http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/s...2&postcount=29 Ever since I had that experience, I'm seeking testimonies from others and I try to relate to me. Robert Monroe in Far Journeys was close, but this woman is even closer. I don't think I had a stroke though. Thank you for sharing. On a side note, I think it's great that it was on TED which has the reputation of being a NWO think tank: http://www.ted.com/talks/ray_kurzwei...nsform_us.html |

metaw3, I recently read a great book about a women's awakening it is called Divine Intervention by Hazel Courtney. She is an English women who wrote for the London Sunday Times. Her experience lasted for at least a month. At one point she thought she was going to die. Very good story.

Thanks cosmictexan. It looks like a good book. I had no doubt I was dead when I heard that music. In fact, I was very disappointed to go back to my body. It's interesting that it happened in the spring of 98 for that woman too. James of WingMakers also mentions 1998.
