Hey Plan 9, I took my first steps yesterday!

After a fairly hefty meal at my inlaws i returned home and made up the citric acid solution.

I used a 2/10 drop combination to start off with, about 2 hours after eating.

This morning i made up a 4/20 combi (before eating) with nothing to note effect wise.

Tonight i will go 5/25 After eating.

My toilet is not far away
