Hi Francie
I have been where you were earlier and you did the right thing.
"If your feeling blue find some one worse off than you"

Somtimes it is hard to find gratitude for a moment or two but we all have a lot to be gratfull for and through gratitude we are uplifted.

Other Chris has it right.
The soul is untouched by all this and is pure pristine ever new.
it is through difficult moments that we grow.
May there be few of those but much growth for you.
Everything is a blessing an opportunity if we can but see it.
