Sign in with your username

Go to USER-CP from the buttons you see near the top of the Avalon pages, between "HOME" and "MEMBER"

Select Edit Profile Pictures

Go to "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer"

Your browser will be expected to pop up a file browser and locate the file containing the image you want to use, your browser will then upload that image. Works with most browsers, I use Opera.
