Interesting point there ... I am from China and I have a few questions here for you:

You said

Don't you think it is a bit too quick and overbearing to make such a statement?

In fact those of us living here managing factories and such must always watch them as they have a hard time "thinking".

They are programed to "do" but not to "think" if that makes any sense.

You mean you can telepathically see if and what your subordinates are thinking? Is it possible that you are just part of the very program/system designed to suppress the individual thinking of the workers?

Or maybe you are not satisfied because sometimes you do want the workers to be able to "think" the way you want them to, so that it makes your "managerial" job a little easier? Quite paradoxical to me, though ...

Which country did you come from, and what kinda factories have you been "managing" in China? Do you speak Chinese? How much do you communicate with your "workers" outside of the time in which you "must always watch them" while "they have a hard time thinking" to match what you are thinking? How much do you truly understand them?

I admit that we, Chinese, need to learn more from Western cultures, but your statement such as

is quite an overstatement to me, to say the least. Do you imply that we Chinese deserve your foreign "management" because we as a people are less capable than you?

You ended your claim with

Don't you think this applies to all cultures on this planet, more or less? And more specifically, do you consider yourself a good leader?

Please, I don't even want to ask how much you have familiarized yourself with Chinese culture and history, or else you will say I am just another Chinese ranting again about our long past.
