New sunspot

interesting, i have a few questions if you have time. 1) if this sunspot is emerging does that mean it will grow? 2) Is it expected that the sunspot will create a climate/earth change phenomenom? 3) Would their be any correation between the size of the spot and the magnitude of the climate phenomenon (if there would be one)?
