Did something strange happen over night?

Yes I also woke up around 2am. Fell asleep on the sofa and there was a hissing sound, white noise coming from my laptop that was in sleep mode.

We are in different time zones, US, Canada, Hawaii, UK... We can't have woken up at the same time....?

Friend of mine in Finland told me that she would hear the telephone ringing. Her belief was that it was literally a wake-up call.

Did anyone else have a computer, phone etc. nearby? I normally do not have anyhting electrical in my bedroom.

I too have been waking about 2:30 or 3:00 a.m. coming in, going on to the forum, weird for me, very unusual. I cannot meditate so I probably not being DNA re-wired. So what could it be then.

For the past few days, I have also awoken inbetween 2 and 4.
I'm not sure it means anything yet, cause this usually happens if I sleep before 1am for the past year.
But it is interesting that other people are having similar experiences.

Usually I go back to sleep right away, sometimes I start thinking about things (nothing special) that just keeps my mind awake for about an hour.

Mon/Tue/Wed I was up for a 50 hour period. Was hearing music when I didn't have the radio on.

Finally got 4 hours of sleep, my dog woke me up, there was a thunderstrom going on here in North Florida. The thunder was so weird sounding, nothing I have EVER heard before. It was mechanical sounding, like metal moving. Made me think of an alien craft moving overhead with all this talk about the 14th I took a peek outside, it was a very calm eery feeling, of course I couldn't see one if I tried through the clouds. I also heard some unusual plane fly over later in the day. We normally don't get any planes, just a stray private plane. Called a neighbor and she said she had never heard any thunder like that in her life either.

Called a few people about the storm and our current economic situation suggesting they fill up their vehicles, get cash and food, and all I could do was keep laughing.

I commented that I don't know why I'm laughing and one friend said yes, I don't know why your laughing. I remarked if they come to my door I will just have to BLESS 'EM. They can take my body, but they can't take my soul.

Left to pick up some supplies, and people are really attracted to me lately, I see them staring at me. Following me in the store and I catch them looking at me. One person today followed me out the store and I didn't notice until I got to my car. He said he just wanted to tell me that he admired me.

Lost my DSL connection, so had to go to Dial-Up to pay some bills in case the banking system is down next week. After I was online I looked up at my computer clock and it said 10:10:10 and then it dawned on me that today is 10/10/2008 (10). And while I am typing this the clock hit 11:11.

I had a similar experience .... woke up at 3ish am night before last, but I have to say if I stayed up for 50 hour stretches I would start hearing things too. Get some sleep for "Pete's sake".

I've actually had to a really hard time going to sleep. Without a "need" for sleep. And my sleep has thus been extremely shallow, jam-packed with dreams ranging from Martial Law, to getting shot in neck trying to explore an Underground base, and last night I was evading a draft...

I woke up this morning and played the piano beautifully making it up as I went along. My girlfriend told me my eyes looked green (they are blue)...

Living in Sedona, AZ ~ I've been intuitively called to visit a Vortex today.

We'll see what happens the rest of the day. Regardless, things are getting interesting in the market and on the home front.

Funny, I had the exact opposite feeling upon my abrupt & rude 6am awakening this morning. I was fully alert (I'm usually a groggy head until the 2nd cup of coffee) & feeling panicky, like something bad was happening. Heard a siren at that time too (but that's a usual thing in my area). It took awhile, but I calmed & centered myself before rising. I turned on the tube & saw the ugly stock market lows, but didn't really care about that house of cards for gamblers. Then the bushbaby came on, & THAT got me really agitated (lyin' SOB). I then turned the tv off & decided to get on with life. Since then, have gotten 2 good pieces of (personal) news. It seems I need to get on with living in the real world for now (& enjoying it!).

Another very odd thing, tho, is I had the 3:30 awakenings a week ago & heard the cat mew mew also. But like I said, that was a week ago & it only happened once. At the time, I thought it was the memory/ghost of a favorite cat who died a few years ago.

The 'witching' hour of 2-3am is also the time a sleeping body starts doing its most reparative work (maintenance during down time).

Someone commented on my green eyes the other day, but I've always considered them blue. I looked in the mirror and saw the inner ring was greenish/hazel, more so than I remembered.

& what's with 10/10/10? Did I ripvanwinkle 2 years? I thought today was 10/10/08.
Time seems very warped at the moment.

They are looking at todays date numerologically:


10-10-2008 becomes 10-10-10 when you add 2008 (2+0+0+8=10) thus it equates to, 10-10-10.

However, it greatly depends what Calendar system you use. Roman calendar system says we're on month 8 for example.

Thanks for the clarification, but the numbers game can manipulated/interpreted many ways. Does the Mayan calendar fit into this at all?

Woke up and went back to sleep 3 times last night. One of the time, I glanced at the clock and recalled 2am and 20 something minute. But don't I sense/hear/feel anything unusual.

Normally I do have a wake up once. And this occurs probably once every month or two.

Don't know if there could be a connection here, but the date 11/11/1918, is known as "Armistice Day." That was the day the first world war ended. It is usually commemorated with one minute's silence at 11am on the 11th day of 11th month, November.

yes Brinty that's our rememberence day, everyone buys poppies and we celebrate thos who died in all wars.

My son had a really hard time getting to sleep last night. Down at 9 or so, didn't actually fall asleep until 12, then back up at 1 when we were actually going to sleep.I slept just fine, but I am completely tripping out on my eyes right now! They're totally changing! So excited...

11:11 is the time the mayan calender ends on Dec 21 2012. I also read somewhere that 911 represents an end and 11:11 represents a new beginning. I used to see 911 sometimes twice a day which is odd seeing as though I don't wear a watch, however in the past recent months I've started seeing 11:11 way more often than 9:11 (again sometimes twice a day). Started seeing 9:11 shortly after the towers went down and started noticing 11:11 in early spring of this year... Could it be that incident was the beginning of the end of TPTB and that 11:11 is representing the beginning of a new age free from the ties that bind us?

No offence intended Angel in Disguise, but seeing those numbers twice a day is not surprising - on the other hand, seeing them more often (unless your timepiece has stopped), would be surprising.

Lol, indeed, though the act of regularly 'just happening' to look at the time at the exact two moments it occurs during a day, is in itself very "synchronistic" in it's occurrence.

Not sure about what the times were when I woke up during the night--but it was definitely a restless one--and I woke up feeling as though a change had taken place--not sure if it was just in my head or if it caused a change in the world--but whatever we are all feeling is definitely undeniable.

I actually cut my hair short as it was getting so 'electric' a week ago.

I wouldn't have really paid attention about the 'computer' waking me up, if not for this thread. At the time, think it was about 2.10am, I just thought that's odd, it shouldn't be doing that and went back to sleep.

Also about the cat sounds. I have a cat, so probably wouldn't notice if there where extra mews, but I have been researching about 'Cat people' or 'Lion people' recently. Past few days actually.

Well, it is twenty to two am in UK. Shall I do a big meouw....

Okay, I must have missed it about the cat people. Anyone care to elaborate? The noise I heard in the corner last night sounded like a cat- I have 2 and thought it was one of them and it wasn't. Mine weren't bothered by it, either. Not alarmed at all.

ETA: I looked up cat people, they are called the Paschats for anyone else interested.
