Thank you Mark for this information. If I may my brother, here is a very simple visualization/enfeeling to trigger meditation.
Close your eyes and feel your pineal gland into the center of your brain. As your third eye becomes ticklish (you have to help enfeel this sensation), you visualize your colorful many bodies all joining all together your physical body. Then you begin your meditation/visualization. It gives incredible effect. Namaste, Steven |
