I have not been getting ANY interest on our Savings Account (Credit Union) for 6 months now.
So I pulled all but 2K out of it last month.
I left enough in there to cover any checks that we write that might be over drawn. I doubt that will happen but you never know.

We are going to the same Credit Union today to get a home Improvement loan. (7.9%) <--considering todays market, that is not a bad rate
We HAVE too. Our Roof needs repair/replacing.
The Good News IS....We HAVE a Roof to fix.
Even though I am not happy about taking out a loan I am thankful that we have what we have now.
