Yes, it sure is uplifting! Gives you a nice overview of the situation. Unless you have a rigid belief system standing in the way you cannot avoid picking up the high vibrations emanating from these messages. If they were based on lies and non-integrity the vibrations would be low no matter how "happy and cheerful" the surface/language would be.
