you have to be a friend--to have a friend
and, some people, i am sure,
do NOT know, the "true value" of a "real" friend
and/or, how to eXchange, or support them.
The key components, of a friend: is someone
who will FR"i" with "YOU" in "THE END"

"F" for having the ability to "feel" you
for also "F" for fun, and, with both,
come the "R" for responsibility for keeping eXchanges
flowing, for only then, will you ever discover the true
"riches", that are in these "friends" and, "friendships"

There are many of us here,
who have oft times, been good old friends,
and, when we eXchange with them,
we eXpand, and, we grow,
we become more, rather than less.

Stop the eXchange, and,
input = output, enters the picture frame,
the very thing, you are co-creating together,
and, it enters the state of
NO MORE, no less !!!
It iS, what it iS...
you command it, and, you demand it,
with your WiLL.

We are here also,
as FRIENDS, to "RE-MIND" each other,
of many things, and, is that NOT what it is all about ???

WORDS are very powerful things,
they can be hurled around quite responsibly,
or, they can hurled around quite thoughtlessly,
so, they arrive, and, they cut like a knife,
instead, of like soft butter,
that when it lands upon a piece of bread,
can be spread.

I am quite grateful for the opportunity
to eXchange, and, to eXpress my gratitude,
(and, i am also, more than willing to contribute,
both my money, and, my time,
to be here--and, i follow through on both actions,
and, I can say honestly, the e-mail of this morning,
was a "raft" of "dissappointment", and, i am sad,
that this the way in which,
FRiENDS, are eXchanging with FRiENDS...
somewhere, someone stopped seeing
the truth of our value !!!)

Somewhere in the seas of avalon,
there is a lot of joy, and, many thank you's,
i have mined them, from my personal back office emails,
people who know truth, have appeared, and,
since, they are NOT yet comfortable to come out
of their "comfortable" closets,
there has been much eXchange that goes on,
underneath, the radar, of a posting thread.

Many of the awesome comments,
i have stored, and, hope to post them,
on my own website, as, if this is how,
others see me, and, my eXchange,
it has given me, a very rich sense, of my own value,
and, if it takes, a few words, to eXpress to others,
the same sentiments, then, i am going to use WORDS!!!

The friendships, i have made here,
have given me a "true" knowing,
why i am here, in these "trying times"
some of them, have been filled with a joy,
and, also some with a sorrow,
where, a game plan was created,
and, a solution to a problem, was found.

Some of them, created actual tears,
and, yes, i have a very deep heart, that can cry with another.

And, when a solution was found for that person,
then, in the end, the tears of happiness, and, joy flowed.

To be in these kinds of moments, iS, why i iS !!!

The feeling of being appreciated,
and, feeling valued, can NOT be over-stated.

For those of you,
who do stop in, and, do still yourselves,
and, bask in some light on this thread,
we all know, this is a place, we can come,
and, be both deeply honoured, and, be sincerely valued,
for the contributions, all of us, are making...
that is what makes up this energy of avalon.

The real eXchanger,
that is in each, and, everyone of us,
it can come out, and, it can eXpress itself,
out to the world,
so others, can catch a "drift" of "it"
and, what it means, to be a "real" eXchanger !!!

One of the good things here,
is that, NOT only, do i have lots of posts,
where, i have eXpressed some good stuff,
i also, have lots of friends

there are NOW 36 (i corrected this) different types of pure DNA

many people have 2 completed matrixes
or 12 x 2 = 24 d
then, they work in the next matrix
the third (the one most of us are in)

here' they must graduated through

25D
26D -- this is where the records of dark lords/and, dark masters are stored, along with records
3D + 24 = 27D ***

most 24/25/26D dark lords/dark masters ; can NOT achieve this level, as, they can NOT integrate the heart virtues

if you can master 3D, and, move beyond that,
you can

4D +24= 28D
5D + 24 = 29D
6D + 24 = 30D
7D + 24 = 31D
8D + 24 = 32D
9D + 24 = 33D -- at this point/you are untouchable

the matrixes (are all collapsing)

so, if you are 9D = you would NOW expressing 33D
(at this point, you can put the universe "on notice"...
and, ironically, here, the psychic attacks all stop--
after a lifetime of them -i know this works)

there is a way to master these levels,

Since you know numerology I have some questions for you. I just found out that the "Stone of Destiny" was moved from under the English throne to Scotland in 1996 exactly 700 years from the time it was stolen from Scotland by the English in 1296.

The eXchanger, can you PLEASE explain in a detail kind of way for certain people to "understand" about...How to understand the DNA Numbers. How would somebody know what's what, when they do not, can not understand about what you have written.

I don't have a very good grasp of cosmological heirarchies except what I have seen in my "travels", and it is quite unromantic and unglorified (degradation upon degradation), and the only beauties I have seen were from the "time" when we were all simple disembodied beings playing with our "blocks" (literally, omg) before our barely visible negatives became magnified until now they are our "godzillas", ha!

and, it created a horrible mess...

Then, as, i rearranged things,
i found, three heart centres:

one that does reside in the higher mind,

one physical heart,

and, then one in the centre of my gut region
