Hi Waterman,

Americans must not forget that today is the last day in the goernment financial year and the government should open the game and explain their book balance.

If this is the case, that today is the last day, the goverment should not be allowed to use public money until the next budget is approved, or until the last balance has been approved. Can you confirm this?

This possibility also needs to be sent to the public representatives alog with the objection of a bailout plan in whichever guise it takes.
