Default Re: unusual weather clouds/formations

one time i was driving down the highway northbound on IH-35 from San Marcos to Austin (5 years ago maybe?). it was a very gray day. very even blanket of overcast clouds overhead.

i didn't see it happen, but suddenly the clouds had split apart, making an even, bright sky-blue line south to north, right above the highway. i was like "woah" and pulled out my crappy phone camera and took some shots. within a couple minutes, the cleanness of the line was gone and the even blanket reformed. it was weird. didn't hear any jet fighters fly overhead or anything.

I understand you - but who do we contact with our 'evidence' for analysis?
