Galactic federation message

If they are here for the benefit of mankind, why are they meeting with corrupt government leaders? I would prefer they meet with people like Jane Burgermeister, Ben Fulford, Bill Ryan or the science community.

I think this is a nice little fantasy.

Theres negative E.T.'s that do not follow the rules and positive ones that do. As

far as I know the ones in bed with our gov't are negative.
