If my reasoning is correct people will just find a way around .
For example whenever a transaction exceeds 1500 euros it could be split in small sections and the total outcome altered to be below the magic number .
Greece is a very corrupt country , and so is Italy . What small business do here is this . Get paid in cash without issuing receipts . It is called the black economy . People have developed this way of doing things because the government is corrupt and maladministration and nepotism rule . First of all the government should clean itself of all the crooks condemned in Court that continue to work in government position . There is no hope for the people because the major parties have been bought off by the NWO . I wish the Greek government failure . Paying just taxes is OK but rip off are to be avoided . Only the defenseless people pay taxes because they are forced while the rich people do not pay them .
