Breathe in deeply and say to yourself "I am breathing Love IN thru every cell of my Immortal Being." Hold the breath as long as you can then breathe out saying "I am breathing Love OUT thru every cell of my Immortal Being."
Do this 3 times as often as you remember or are inwardly prompted to do so. Blessings to you, dear one. |
