i was thinking more along the lines of the zion-azi's and black ops crew manipulating quakes rather than the actual method..

I find it confusing at this point in time because earthquakes are predicted to be increasing due to mother nature.

But I guess there will be comment about which is which based on evidence...

yes its gonna be tough to say.. a combo of quakes or perhaps hurricane style they can enhance an existing quakes power/?
