Hot Tips for Forum Useage

When I click on a name I do not find a "user lists" in order to "add to ignore list"
as stated below?

1. Click on the name of a user who is making your forum experience less enjoyable.

2. Click on "User Lists"

3. Click on "Add to Ignore List"

When you are in a thread and click the name on the left, you usually get 4 options, click "view public profile". If I click your profile - I see there, right under your awesome avatar, a little row with the "User Lists" button.
