Not sure if this will ring a bell for anyone (except the blue reptilian male, above ), but I sometimes do the following meditation...

I look into the mirror and focus my attention on both eyes (the reflections) at the same time. Not one then another in succession, but both at once.

First body and face outlines start to shine (as in after-images), the background starts to fade to black, and then the reflections start to change. I start to see different eyes and different faces in my reflection. Not clearly, but still perceivably so. Some of them I feel intuitively uneasy about. Only very few I have felt neutral about. I have yet to experience a positive glance. I may have even seen something reptilian in one of the faces...

Has anyone else tried this? Maybe you should, to expand your past-life viewing arsenal!
