It says it loosens the regulations on providers by request so they can handle the 'possible influx'.
I do agree the waivers could have been written without the word emergency. But if the motivations are nefarious you'd think they'd have more doses ready long ago because all the news seems to be about rationing to the 'high-risk' at this time. |
