I think we will be many to do the same Pab !!!
The more of us can avoid this the best .
The message here is really " stay away from that vaccine " But those who will get the vaccine will be contaminated and will put others at risk as far as I understood. Therefore the importance of taking that vitamin D3 anyway and have it to hand in sufficient quantity . With it we will also be able to help others .

my grandson is 7 yrs old and he has the H1N1 as I write this. He has been sick since last Thursday night. His neighborhood friends family all had it as they decided to take the vaccine.

He goes to see the dr today and he sounds so awful. Myself, I was in contact with him and because I take D3 5000 IU's daily feel that the ONE hour that I was sick was my flu for the year. I feel blessed that I had the knowledge. Of course my daughter choose to take the D3 also but felt it was too much for her son. She had the 1000 IU's there also.....I made sure she was ready.

I will let you know what the dr says and thankfully my grandson is getting the D3's 2000 IU's a day.............

So it makes no difference if you take the vaccine or not. Apparently it is all over his school also.

One thing that is not being mentioned in many sources is the need for provitamin A along with vitamin D3.

Even natural sunlight will drive A levels down and A and D are needed together.
Because of this- my family uses a high vitamin A cod liver oil (and skate oil for me) along with liqui D 3 (that is another thing not being mentioned- all the studies on D3 were done with a liquid form).

I give my youngest children 6 -10 thousand IU's daily. I myself take many times that (my level was once 12 and optimal for me will be over 100).
Cheap tests are available as well and I suggest testing.
