Thank you Mudra. This is indeed the very topic that has been the palm of my interest for a great time now. My meditational practice has been to move my energy in thought through the heart. To listen through the heart, to feel through the heart, and to react through the heart. Reaction from acceptance. As my oneness expands, I have noticed that my ability to empathize is most acute and can at times bring pain. Though, the more I practice a "heart centered" being, the more flow and ease has been becoming in me and out of me, as this expands. Thank you for advising those of the one who are at tender beginnings!
