Everywhere I go I see this number, been happening for as long as I can remember, if I turn on the tele and there is a ruby match the player with his back to the camera is number 13, if a bus goes past it's number 13 and so on. It's become a bit of a joke
I've also noticed that if it's not 13 it's 31.I did have a message on another forum telling me all about it but I've lost it. ![]() It was saying that 13 is not the bad number that people think, i.e unlucky for some but that it's a positive number. Anyone out there know about it?? Anyone else have a number that follows them? |

ON FRIDAY, October 13, 1307, hundreds of Knights Templar, the wealthy and secretive order of fighting monks, were rounded up, tortured and massacred for alleged crimes against Christianity “too horrible to contemplate”.
" The story, set in 1314, details how the Knights Templar, a group of warrior monks sworn to protect the Christian Holy Land, were captured and tortured at the end of the Crusades. The round-up of the Knights Templar on Friday, Oct 13, 1307 is believed to be the origin of the superstition of “Friday the 13th.” " http://hiramtyre.squarespace.com/hom...-de-molay.html Friday the 13th has been regarded as a day of deep misfortune ever since, but the Templars did not go quietly into history BTW I recommand you to read Focault's pendulum by Umberto Eco is a great book and deals with the Templar history among many other subjects |

There also used to be the 13 month lunar calendar. Many rituals and Sabbats were linked around this calendar. It's interesting to see what is cycling by accessing these dates.
