Interesting find, the last photo looks like a face to me. How far is this area from Tallahassee, FL? I'm up for a road trip. I want to check out the Guidestones as well.

of course, my friend and i sat in this 'doorway', which had some magnetic anamolies. i took some shots while i was sitting in it, and the pictures came out all wonky. didn't happen anywhere else. plus, i also experienced some sounds, music while in there.


this is about 10 feet from the 'doorway' to get a scale of the slabs



this perfect circle was about 8-10 feet up on the slab


this is a view of the big face with me standing on top of all of the slabs, you will notice that you cannot see the face from the top. i had no idea when i took this picture what we would find once we climbed down.

the energy there is blissful, feels 'quiet' and still. my friend and i were passing by in the truck, and we both noticed the slabs from the road, looked at one another, and jodi slammed on the brakes to pull in. it was that kind of day.

after we hung out there for a few hours, we got back in the truck to find that the tachometer read 999 (the completion number). so we decided to find out what would happen at 000. when we stopped there, a pileated woodpecker drummed a nice tune for us. at 001 is where we found the second site, with the tear drop shaped in another large boulder. very shamanic day indeed.

i can't seem to get the site out of my head, it keeps calling me back. we may have stirred the energy there. here is jodi in the 'doorway' with orbs fluttering all around.

i have been looking around on the net for any kind of research about the moon-eyed people, and every time i read these articles, something doesn't feel right about it. now if the cherokee were running these people off their land, i would say that they were not very highly vibrating entities. yet, i am not even sure if any of these researchers have had a conversation with a cherokee elder. so that is my current plan.

i am going back there tomorrow to spend the weekend and get a better feel of how big the site is. from my intuition only, i am guessing this site is much older than 5000 years from the looks of that 'waterfall'. that will be my first stop tomorrow. once i have a better idea of what all is there, i will make an attempt at contacting the cherokee about this.

my gut is telling me that this isn't about the moon eyed people at all. why would the moon eyed people erect an astrological observatory, which is my assumption about that 'notch' in the slab at the 'face' site. it doesn't appear that these slabs are in there original location, so i am going to be looking for how the puzzle is put together a bit closer this time.

anyhow, the 'portal' is a copyrighted image my friend. you can use it as you wish with that in mind. cause ya never know, it might be the cover of a book someday

it is the best and most well informed site on the web for such enquiries.
your site looks to be what We call a long barrow in england, they are normally described as burial chambers, but I would venture to suggest differently, though burial and return portals of our non physical selves they will have been, imo.
The sacred sites and mysteries section of the forum may be your best port of call on there.

Interesting synchronicity for me to be reading this. In the latest session I had regarding my between lives encounter with greys and a reptilian, I escaped through a vortex/wormhole which I found by going in the third eye ruby on the forehead of a Buddha statue.

i sent an email to michael cremo a few days ago with some photos, he got back to me today with a wonderful reply. what a boost!

Dear Donna,

From your photos, and also from visiting the website, I think that you have some credible rock art and megalithic structures that deserve further investigation. I think you did the right thing by putting your evidence up on Megalithic Portal. One further step you could take would be to try to get a local professional archeologist to take a look. Is the feature on state or national park land. If so, you might be able to get the park officials, who often have archeologists on staff, to take a look. Another option would be to go to a local museum of natural history, and see if they have an archeologist on staff who could take a look. Yet another option would be to approach archeologists at a local college or university. This can sometimes be frustrating, but it should be done, and who knows?

It is possible one of them could become interested enough to take a look, on the basis of seeing your photos. From my point of view, my research is specifically about evidence for extreme human antiquity. That means evidence that humans have existed for longer periods of time than most scientists now think possible. Most scientists would say that humans like us first came into existence about 150,000 years ago, in Africa . So if your evidence could be shown to be over 150,000 years old, that would really be amazing. According to most scientists, humans did not enter North American any earlier than 20,000 years ago, maximum. So if your site is older than that, that would be interesting in terms of the peopling of N. America .

In this work of alternative history, there has to be some division of labor. I do not consider myself to be a primary investigator (like you). What I try to do is report on the evidence gathered by primary investigators, be they professional archeologists or amateurs. So I am going to have to leave the further investigation of the site to you.

Two things are important: 1. demonstrating that the rock art and megalithic structures are not simply natural formations, but are the result of intelligent human work, 2. getting some idea of the age of the site. If you make progress in any of those two areas, I would like to hear about it. Thank you for thinking of me.

research update: in a second email from michael cremo, i asked him if he knew of any ancient civilizations that knew how to mold stone while it was soft. michael suggested researching this in peru and ancient egypt.

this was my first impression when at the 'face' site, but then as i climbed higher up on the waterfall, it seemed possible to me that the entire waterfall was constructed. there are carvings of shapes at each level in the walls of the waterfall. maybe they wanted to make sure we knew it was human made.

the sites show some damage, by earthquake, plate shifts or something. i looked around to see what the theories were of how these mountains were formed and found this

Forming the eastern front of the Appalachian Mountains in the Southeastern United States the Blue Ridge Mountains cross the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Beginning as a narrow strip of land south of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the geological Blue Ridge Mountains run northeast to southwest, rarely more than a few miles wide in Virginia (and only a mile wide at a point near Roanoke), North Carolina and South Carolina. When they reach Georgia in the extreme northeastern part of the the state, the mountains turn to the west and widen, up to 60 miles across in places. The Blue Ridge Province, a geographical area that includes other mountain ranges also extends from Pennsylvania to Georgia including the states of West Virginia and Tennessee with those that hold the geological Blue Ridge.


Long, parallel ridges, separated by deep valleys define the Blue Ridge Mountains. I got some intuitive help from someone who has an Atlantis connection because I thought it might be part of Atlantis and here is her response:

"I did a quick meditative look at it and the only thing that pops up is that it was done not by indigenous people, but by beings/people from an off planet culture. If this is the case, it could be that the place is energetically significant in some way. Let me know what you get on this if you have a chance."

That would be such a great find unlimited if this is the case. But how do you prove it? That is the hard part.
