The color red may help reverse tumors.
Beet root, Blood root, raspberries. Cherry (real cherry) anything (even jam) helps gout. 2 stalks of celery a day can help lower blood pressure (you know, that unique strong flavor in celery, is the active molecule. I have a huge book (somewhere[looking around]) that lists the medicinal properties and other facts about foods. |

Back to the topic. Interesting about cherries helping gout, I'm a believer in the benefits of rasberries, they help control the growth of bacteria, help cholesterol, and are a good antioxidant. I'm a big fan of beets also for their iron content as I don't eat liver. Eating fruits and vegatables by color and balancing them everyday is a huge health benefit. |
