Permits to photograph!?

How about that lad the other day who was arrested for 'theft by finding' after handing in amobile phone to a Police station? photo, finger printed and added to the DNA data base for having the good nature to hand in a phone he found in the street.

The Police are evil souless scum and getting worse by the day - they ruined a lads entire life because he was decent enough to hand some thing in? pathetic stasi tactics.

Reminds me of the sniper tactics in Iraq - leave an item on the ground, and who ever picks the said item up is guilty and can be shot.
